The Team Studio is a primary conference room used daily in the Tokyo Worklife Center. As a central location for customers and employees, the space requires equal attention to form and function. To meet this demand, the design team incorporated high gloss white a³ CeramicSteel Sans™ panels with surface imaging solutions. Three a³ CeramicSteel Sans™ of varied sizes are positioned to create a single, large surface. The panels feature a beautiful, digitally printed abstract design of a map of Tokyo flowing across the right side. While not a one-to-one scale map of the city, the artwork is organic and embodies the energy it elicits. The Steelcase Tokyo team and their customers enjoy the a³ CeramicSteel Sans™ panels, both for their design concept and functionality.
